Positive: It was in the old part of the city which made access very easy to that area.
Negative: It would have been nice to have a teapot to go with the nice selection of teas. A couple of clothes hooks in the bathroom would make life easier. The door lock on the bathroom door needs to be repaired so that it closes and locks correctly.
Summary: The property was as expected. There is no lift to the 3rd floor on which it is situated. No shocks - no surprises.
